The plant you collected seems, as you wrote, closest to Pel. micrantha.

It is probably a new species, as it differs from it in several respects.

It has narrower acute lanceolate leaf blades, shorter floral bracts, lower? flowers two ? in the bracts, funnel-shaped floral tubular part (receptacle part), shortly subtubular corona with wall thickened upward, widely open and laterally revolute perianth lobes that might be a bit thinner(?), and the pistil slightly shorter than the corona.
