Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°08′17′N 108°40′47″E, at elevation about 1600 m a.s.l. Primary mixed forest with Pinus dalatensis and P. krempfii on W slope of Gia Rich ridge. Terrestrial creeping herb. Leaves velvety deep brown-green. Sepals brown-greenish, petals white, lip light green. Rare.
