Vientiane Prov., Kasi Distr., Namken village, Phachao Mt., around point 19°18′45.5”N 102°22′31.4”E. Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on very steep rocky slopes of remnant mountain composed with highly eroded solid crystalline limestone at elevations 1500-1750 m. Creeping terrestrial herb in bamboo forest near top of mountain. Tepals green, lip white. Not common.

Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°08′17′N 108°40′47″E, at elevation about 1600 m a.s.l. Primary mixed forest with Pinus dalatensis and P. krempfii on W slope of Gia Rich ridge. Terrestrial creeping herb. Leaves velvety deep brown-green. Sepals brown-greenish, petals white, lip light green. Rare.

Cao Bang Prov., Nguyen Binh Distr., Yen Lac Municipality, Chi Doi village, around point 22°45′34″N, 105°51′48.7″E. Primary fractionaly logged coniferous forest with Pseudotsuga sinensis along highly eroded rocky limestone ridge at elevation about 1400 m a.s.l. Creeping terrestrial herb in shady humid place in middle part of mountain slope. Not rare.

Son La Prov., Van Ho Distr., Van Ho comm., Hua Tat village, around point 20°46′21.7N 104°47′47.5E. Remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved and mixed forest (with Pinus wangii) on very steep rocky slopes and on mountain tops composed with highly eroded karstic light gray marble-like limestone at elevation 1300-1350 m a.s.l. Terrestrial creeping herb with dull uniform green leaves.

Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Huong Hoa Distr., Huong Viet Municipality, to N of Sa Mui pass, around point 16°51′14″N 106°34′13″E at elevation 550-650 m a.s.l. Remnants of primary broad-leaved evergreen lowland forest on rocky remnant highly eroded solid marble-like limestone hills and low mountains with very steep slopes and vertical cliffs. Terrestrial creeping herb up to 40 cm tall in shady place. Flowers yellow. Rare.

Vietnam, Nghe An Prov., Tuong Duong Distr., Tam Hop Municipality, Pa Lom village, around point 19°04′41″N 104°20′51″E at elevation 1400-1500 m a.s.l. Submontane primary evergreen closed forest on very steep mountain slopes composed with stratified solid shale. Terrestrial creeping herb on steep rocky shady slope along forest stream. Leaves uniform green. Flowers white, later yellowish. Not common.

N. Vietnam, Ha Giang prov., Dong Van distr., Tu Tinh municipality (N 23°05′ E 105°15′), 40.7 km to 43° of Ha Giang city. Remnants of dry broadleaved evergreen forest on steep slopes and cliffs near the top of karst limestone isolated mesae at elev. 600-750 m a.s.l. Lithophyte shrub with pendant shoots up to 2 m long. Not common.
