S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14º39'N, 108º25'E). Degraded primary and secondary wet evergreen broad-leaved forest (with Dacrydium and Dacrycarpus) along mountain river valley at elev. about 1100-1150 m on sandstone. Tree 10-15 m hg along river. Not common.
