S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14є39'N, 108є25'E). Primary broad-leaved and mixed (with Dacrydium and Dacrycarpus) evergreen dry mountain forest at elev. about 1100-1200 m on sandstone. Terrestrial herb in open place along forest road. Flowers white. Not rare.
