Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°08′17′N 108°40′47″E, at elevation about 1600 m a.s.l.
Primary mixed forest with Pinus dalatensis and P. krempfii on W slope of Gia Rich ridge.
Terrestrial herb in shady places. Flowers white, lip with purple side-lobes. Locally common.
