S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14°39′N, 108°25′E). Primary evergreen broad-leaved closed dry forest on steep slopes of granite mountains at elev. 1200 m. Woody fern with stem up to 0.5 hg and fronds up to 2 m lg in shady places. Common.
