N.Vietnam, Ha Tinh Prov., Huong Son Distr., Son Hong Municipality, around point 18є34'06''N, 105є11'40''E. Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on steep mt slopes composed with granite along Khe Van stream at elev 400-450 m a.s.l.

Terrestrial herb up to 1 m tall on wet steep rocky stream slope. Flowers white. Common.
